MOSCOW, Idaho -- A group called the American Humanist Association says its billboard in Moscow, Idaho reading "Millions are good without God" has been vandalized again.

It appears the sign was altered to make the "out" in "without" blend into the background, so the sign appeared to read "Millions are good with God."

The group said it received word from the Moscow Police Department that the sign was vandalized sometime between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. Wednesday.

"This is not just vandalism, it is religiously motivated vandalism which attampts to silence a minority viewpoint." David Noise, President of the American Humanist Association said in a statement.

"Everyone, not just humanists, should be concerned about such acts", he said.

It's the second time in two weeks the sign has been vandalized.

The group says Humanism is the idea that you can be good without a belief in God.
